- Items marked as non-returnable, final sale, or clearance.

3. Return Process

- Receive a return authorization number (RMA).
- Ship the product back. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to a company error.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee up to 10% may be applied.
5. Distributor Returns
- Unsold inventory may be returned within 30 days.
- Must be in resalable condition.
- Buyback available upon termination per agreement and local laws.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
